Business and Technical Consultants - Manufacturing
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
| Conduct audit, analysis and streamlining of customer's business processes | |
| Identify and specify the business, system and information requirements for solution | |
| implementation | ||
| Plan, execute and manage agreed scope for client's solution | |
| Provide post-implementation support of client's solution as defined within the scope | |
| of the support agreement | ||
| Provide training of corresponding solution or modules for existing clients | |
| Conduct and support pre-sales activities as and when required | |
| Provide requirements to software development team based on clients' needs |
Pre-requisites:
| Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering, IT or Science | |
| Good knowledge of PC, Windows Server 2003, Oracle database, XML and web- | |
| based applications | ||
| Working knowledge of ERP, PLM or similar enterprise business solutions | |
| Strong understanding of precision engineering industries is preferred | |
| Comfortable dealing with CXOs and various levels of client staff | |
| Good command of the English and Chinese languages would be advantageous | |
| Pleasant personality, independent, result-oriented and self-driven | |
| Strong analytical skills and ability to work well in a team environment |
Solution Architect
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
| Work with technical team and consultants to define technology directions and | |

| Establish standards and develop system specifications, architectures, models and | |
| designs | ||
| Plan and control system integration, testing, data conversions, interfaces and related | |
| documents | ||
| Assist in establishing technical estimates and development of proposals | |
| Assist technical consultants with system testing as required | |
| Support training, system Go Live and Post Implementation as required |
Pre-requisites:
| Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering, IT or Science | |
| A good command of the English language | |
| Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) would be advantageous | |
| Extensive PC, Windows Server 2003, Oracle database, and network computing skills | |
| Sound knowledge of J2EE architectures, Java/JSP programming, UML and XML | |

| Experience in web-based applications design and development using tools like | |
